Games Without Frontiers XGames remix competition.

It's taken a while to pull together, but we are now 'go' with the Games Without Frontiers XGames remix competition. We've added some new samples to the pack, swapping out Lord Jamar's rap for a new version focussed on the Summer X Games.

The Small Print

Due to onerous U.S competition laws, various restrictions mean theat the competition entries will be split into two categories, one for those entrants in North America which includes the prize of a trip for two (2) to the X Games 15 in Los Angeles, CA. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and then a different prize for everyone everywhere else where WOMAD Charlton Park tickets (not including travel) and iPod Nano's are on offer.

Please read the terms and conditions as they are a little more onerous this time around, but hopefully the up side of that is that successful remixes will get heard by a much wider audience.

The competition charts for this pack are now up and running - all previous mixes are eligible, but our American friend are giving a 25% weighting to Applicability/Relevance to X Games, so it sounds like they are keen to hear Lord Jamar's new rap
