i actually can't really describe the genre but it's somekind of breaks and beats (a friend of mine said it's nearly drum 'n bass), which seemed to fit best to me.
this is my very first remix of a popular song and i'd like to thank peter gabriel and realworldremixed.com for this opportunity!
Technical Information
- Reason 3.0 only (only using the default refills)
- used on a Pentium D805 2.66GHz - 1GB RAM environment.
(i started on a amd duron 1.3GHz - 256MB RAM environment but finished the track on the Pentium)

Like everything but the vox, which I dislike rather strongly, but this is an old story if you read my comments on others mixes. I prefer a slightly less engineered sounding vocal, so chalk it up to personal preference. But I really like the rest! Fun!

Lots of breakbeat/drum & bass remixes around here. I begun to feel sleepy, but this one came and indeed shook me off my tree. These gating fx could wake up the dead. Bananas anyone?
