Remixer Notes

(Sorry previous upload was only Verse 1, this is the entire remix)

I kept very little of the original backing.

Verse1 is more guitar based, so sounds a bit rough and rocky like an impromptu live performance.

Verse2 I blended in some sweeping synths to give it a bigger sound and is more remeniscent of the original release.

Trevor Riassan Dublin June 2010

Technical Information

Acoustic Guitar - Kyoto

Electric Guitar - Samick, Twin & Single Coil

Synths - Generic Midi/Keyboard & Dynamic Synths, Moog, VCO, Karps etc.

This isn't a re-mix, it's a re-make. You give your vision of the song. Why not, it has a certain sensibility and I can hear that you've been working hard.:-)

Mini themes, all interesting. Lengthen the themes. Percussion is too simple for you your creative efforts. Very creative!:-) :-) :-) :-)

Hi Trev. I Like the thinking behing your remix, lots of good ideas trying to blend different flavors together, good creative effort mate! My only comment would be to tighten up a few a things, the guitar can sound a bit disjointed at times. and that was a bit distracting to me while listening. :-) however your guitar at the beginning is quite nice. maybe you could drop the drums when the vocals kick in and leave that electric guitar with Kate's vocal as an intro. but that is just me. hope you don't mind suggestions! good effort anyhow.

Thanks for the comments and reviews, much appreciated. This was my first posting/remix on the site, so was sort of testing the waters a bit. Many thanks, Trevor :-)

I like it. Quiet respite.:-)
